About IDA

Indian Dental Association (IDA) is an independent and recognized voice of over 75,000 dental professionals in India, with 33 state branches and 450 local branches. For more than 76 years we have continued to provide expert, independent and impartial advice on all aspects of oral health directly to those who need it most. We have worked closely with governments, dental and health professionals, manufacturers, the dental trade, national and local agencies and the public to improve oral health with the aim of improving the overall oral health of everyone.

Through its initiatives and campaigns, IDA reaches out to promote optimal oral healthcare in the country. We are committed to improve public oral health by promoting oral health through education, research and community based oral health programs in India.
